As a TKI, you’ll be the cornerstone of our cadets’ academic journey, transforming complex aviation theory into engaging, actionable knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
📚 Deliver Excellence

• Teach GCAA-compliant ATPL theoretical subjects (6+ from the core syllabus)

• Develop and update cutting-edge course materials

• Conduct fair, rigorous assessments and exams

🎯 Mentor Future Aviators

• Provide personalized academic guidance

• Monitor and report on student progress

• Foster a culture of discipline and excellence

🛠 Collaborate & Innovate

• Support the CTKI in curriculum development

• Maintain meticulous training records

• Contribute to continuous program improvement

Who You Are:

✔ Holder of CPL or higher license
✔ ELP Level 6 proficiency
✔ Expertise in 6+ ATPL subjects (e.g., Principles of Flight, Air Law, Navigation)
✔ Passionate educator with structured teaching methodology
✔ Exceptional communicator and mentor
✔ Detail-oriented professional committed to GCAA standards
