Lead, manage, and motivate a team of customer service representatives in the contact centre
Ensure all team members meet or exceed KPIs related to call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates
Monitor performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct training sessions to enhance service quality
Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues efficiently
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Generate performance reports and suggest process improvements for better customer experience
Support the implementation of new banking services and digital tools in the contact centre
Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Banking, or a related field
4β6 years of experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the banking sector
At least 2 years of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Proficient in CRM systems and banking software
Ability to manage high-pressure situations and maintain a customer-first mindset
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
