Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well-reputed Food Manufacturing Company in the UAE. Our client is looking for a Senior Executive – Cutup Packaging to oversee the packaging operations within their meat and poultry production facility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of production experience, including at least 3 years in a multinational companies. The role demands strong operational, leadership, and compliance expertise specific to cut-up packaging processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure full compliance with quality standards, company procedures, and food safety regulations.
Participate actively in decision-making for corrective and preventive actions in the production department.
Plan, monitor, and evaluate job performance; guide and discipline employees to achieve performance targets.
Manage KPIs related to cutup packaging line(s), ensuring continuous improvement and target achievement.
Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by training and directing personnel on the proper use of equipment and resources.
Enforce health and safety guidelines in all areas of the packaging process.
Monitor the quality of raw materials and finished packaged products, ensuring compliance with specifications.
Oversee process and material flows to maximize equipment utilization and reduce waste.
Assist in the development, updating, and maintenance of Quality & Management System documentation.
Ensure that all team members are adequately trained and that training documentation is up to date.
Lead internal and external audits within the packaging area; address deviations through effective corrective actions.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in production, specifically in the Meat & Poultry Processing industry.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the production department of a multinational organization.
Educational background in Industrial, Food, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
Strong working knowledge of cut-up packaging processes in high-volume operations.
Fluent in English – both written and verbal communication.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience with audits, regulatory compliance, and lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
