Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Marketing Engineer to join our team in a hybrid capacity (part office, part remote) based in Dubai with flexibility for work from home. This role combines market research, marketing strategy development, and sales management to identify and capture new business opportunities. The Sales Marketing Engineer will work closely with the engineering team to ensure customer requirements are met and deliver presentations to clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify business opportunities and industry trends.

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote Aircoustics’ products and services.

• Manage sales activities, from lead generation to closing deals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers.

• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure solutions meet technical and customer needs.

• Monitor market competition and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills with proven ability in market research.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Demonstrated success in sales and client relationship development.

• Good understanding of marketing principles and strategies.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work setup.

• Experience in the engineering or manufacturing sector is an advantage.
