Sales Manager

Job Description:

• Lead and manage a team of real estate sales executives.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance to maximize results.
• Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct property tours, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
• Prepare sales reports and performance updates for management.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of overall sales experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in the UAE real estate sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
• UAE driving license is an advantage, but not mandatory.
