About the Role

Caparol Middle East & Africa is looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our dynamic sales team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of sales operations, maintaining excellent client relationships, and helping the team achieve monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and confident using SAP and Microsoft Office tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries and seamless communication across departments.

• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Credit, Finance) and external clients to manage ongoing sales activities.

• Prepare quotations, sales orders in SAP, and pro forma invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

• Monitor LPOs and cross-check pricing against approved quotations.

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives by providing administrative assistance.

• Maintain and update sales documentation and client records as required.

• Conduct showroom visits with prospective clients, providing product insights and assisting in decision-making.

• Coordinate with the QC department for color key creation and support product code or stock transfer requests.

• Prepare cost sheets, project quotations, and manage approvals for pricing and discount applications in SAP.

• Assist with customer payments—coordinating with Finance to handle blocked accounts and payment receipts.

• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and follow up to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or coatings industry.

• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.

• Customer-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

• Knowledge of the paint or construction material industry is a plus.
