🎯 Job Purpose

Your role will focus on acquiring new payroll customers through corporate partnerships and offering tailored banking products like personal loans, credit cards, and salary accounts. You will be instrumental in building lasting customer relationships while achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and annual sales targets for payroll accounts and financial products

• Cross-sell banking services such as credit cards and personal loans to employees of corporate clients

• Identify new markets and potential customers within your assigned territory

• Conduct presentations, email campaigns, and personal visits to build product awareness

• Maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts to ensure service excellence and retention

• Maximize upselling opportunities to increase revenue and customer loyalty

✅ Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE banking, preferably in retail or employee banking

• Strong knowledge of the UAE banking market and payroll systems

• Proven success in cross-selling financial products

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
