Key Responsibilities: Procurement & Vendor Management – UAE Luxury Sector

• Lead procurement activities including sourcing premium suppliers, negotiating contracts, issuing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries to meet client and operational needs.

• Manage vendor relationships with over 100 suppliers across luxury goods categories such as upscale furniture, high-end amenities, maintenance, cleaning services, and lifestyle brands.

• Collaborate with procurement managers to secure competitive pricing, favorable payment terms, and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Utilize CRM software and procurement tools to ensure seamless order management, reporting, and regulatory compliance.

• Coordinate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and interior design teams to align procurement with budgets and client expectations.

• Monitor supplier performance using key KPIs to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency.

• Maintain accurate and organized procurement records including contracts, warranties, invoices, and vendor agreements.

• Assist in risk management and develop contingency plans to mitigate procurement disruptions.

• Prepare detailed procurement reports and analytics to support strategic sourcing decisions and cost savings initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience for Procurement Professionals in UAE

• Minimum 2 years of procurement, supply chain, or vendor management experience in the UAE, preferably in luxury lifestyle management, hospitality, or property sectors.

• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, global supply chain logistics, and luxury goods sourcing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Exceptional English communication skills with the ability to negotiate and liaise professionally at all levels.

• Proficiency in CRM and procurement software systems essential for tracking orders, contracts, and supplier performance.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with a detail-oriented approach.

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure in fast-paced environments.
