💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide a team of Patient Relations Executives at the front desk

• Oversee day-to-day reception operations and patient flow coordination

• Handle patient complaints and service feedback with empathy and professionalism

• Ensure consistent, high-quality customer service across all touchpoints

• Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to improve overall service delivery

• Maintain accuracy in appointment scheduling, insurance processing, and system data

• Drive performance improvement initiatives based on feedback and KPIs

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a supervisory role

• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage front-office teams

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Fluency in English; Arabic language is an advantage

• Proficiency in hospital management software and CRM systems

• A patient-first mindset with a commitment to service excellence
