Your Role:

As an Order Processing Executive, you’ll be the crucial link between clients, suppliers, and internal teams—ensuring seamless order fulfillment from start to finish. Your attention to detail will drive smooth logistics and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Order Management: Process international orders end-to-end—from confirmation to delivery.
✔ Client Coordination: Communicate with global clients on pricing, stock availability, and shipment updates.
✔ Documentation: Prepare and verify sales documents (PIs, POs, invoices) for compliance.
✔ Logistics Tracking: Monitor shipments, schedules, and ensure on-time deliveries.
✔ ERP & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and generate performance reports.
✔ Team Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams.
✔ Compliance: Ensure all export orders meet international trade regulations.

What You Bring:

✅ Bachelor’s degree (Logistics/Supply Chain/Business preferred).
✅ 3-4 years’ experience in order processing, preferably in FMCG/manufacturing.
✅ Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory, and export documentation.
✅ Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office + ERP systems (Navision is a plus).
✅ Detail-Oriented: Accurate data entry and multitasking under deadlines.
✅ Communication Skills: Fluent in English (written and verbal).
