Update Order with accurate product information, line sheets, look books ready for the sales team.
Ensure timely and consistent updates to facilitate virtual appointments and partner reviews.
Maintain seasonal Critical Path with sample ready and delivery window information.
Manage in-season information with updates on availability.
Follow up on all aspects of orders once confirmations have been generated by the sales team to ensure on-time delivery to partners.
Communicate orders to relevant departments to ensure smooth processing.
Work with Merchandising, Supply Chain and Finance to create orders and generate all shipping documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists) on time.
Liaise with partners on shipping documentation (invoices and packing lists) and delivery arrangements.
Coordinate with internal teams and partners to manage order fulfilment.
Maintain trackers and provide regular updates on order and delivery statuses.
Address any fulfilment or delivery issues promptly to ensure partner satisfaction.
Manage any returns/QC issues or short shipments
Required Skills:
Proven experience in a similar administrative or support role, ideally in wholesale, merchandising or planning.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Familiarity with invoicing, payment tracking, and credit note processes.
Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
Proactive, positive and solution-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in using NuOrder or similar platforms is a plus.
