IT Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and organized Project Manager to join our growing web design business. The ideal candidate will help manage our website projects, assign tasks to freelancers, communicate with clients, and ensure smooth delivery of all projects.

This is a hybrid role – mostly remote, but you may be required to come to the office occasionally.

Responsibilities:

• Manage website design and development projects from start to finish.
• Assign tasks to freelancers (designers, developers, etc.) and follow up on progress.
• Gather requirements from clients and turn them into actionable steps.
• Make sure deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
• Test websites before delivery and provide feedback to the team.
• Keep clients updated with project progress.
• Organize tasks using tools like Trello, Notion, or similar.
• Improve internal workflow to save time and boost quality.

Skills:

• Previous experience in managing web design or development projects.
• Strong understanding of Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, and Elementor.
• Ability to coordinate with remote teams and freelancers.
• Excellent time management and task organization.
• Good eye for design and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of website performance, SEO, and UX/UI is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English, and Arabic is a plus.
• Familiar with project management tools like Trello, Notion, or ClickUp.
• Friendly, proactive, and solution-oriented.
