📋 Position Overview

As the Import Manager, you will be in charge of managing the end-to-end import operations for our Dubai office. This role involves coordinating international shipments, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining strong relationships with logistics partners, and delivering high-level customer service.

🚛 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all import operations from supplier coordination to final delivery

• Ensure smooth ocean freight and customs clearance processes

• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clearing agents

• Ensure full compliance with UAE import laws and international trade regulations

• Provide timely updates and reports to senior management

• Maintain accurate shipping records and monitor delivery timelines

• Address and resolve import-related issues swiftly

• Coordinate with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to align import schedules

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in import/export operations, ideally in the HVAC or industrial goods sector

• Solid knowledge of international shipping, ocean freight, and logistics

• Strong understanding of UAE import regulations and documentation

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Highly organized with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field

• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software/tools
