As a Finance Operations Coordinator, you will support the supply chain and finance operations by managing vendor coordination, shipment tracking, and payment processing. Your efforts will ensure smooth operations, accurate financial processing, and strong collaboration across departments.
Coordinate with Planning and Buying teams to register vendors with accurate bank details and supplier information
Monitor and share weekly updates with Planners regarding payment and delivery statuses
Ensure alignment between shipment deliveries and the payment process
Assist the Finance team in drafting and finalizing Letters of Credit (LCs) for supplier approvals
Liaise with suppliers and Finance for LC applications, renewals, or cancellations based on seasonal commitments
Resolve discrepancies in shipments or payments and initiate prompt corrective actions
Manage claims related to damaged or returned goods and ensure timely processing
Maintain an efficient documentation system for all finance and logistics operations
Support continuous improvement in finance and supply chain workflows
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Finance
4–5 years of experience in finance operations or supply chain coordination
Strong numerical, analytical, and computer literacy skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced retail environment
