As we continue to grow and modernize our operations, we are seeking a talented and motivated Emirati IT Coordinator to join our team and support the day-to-day management of our IT systems.

Position Overview

As an IT Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our internal IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for system maintenance, user support, IT project coordination, and ensuring that all technical activities comply with our internal policies and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of IT systems, including networks, hardware, and software.

• Provide first-level technical support and assistance to end-users.

• Monitor system performance and resolve issues in a timely manner.

• Coordinate IT-related projects and collaborate with other departments for implementation.

• Maintain system documentation, update inventories, and track software licenses.

• Ensure compliance with company IT policies, security standards, and data protection regulations.

• Assist with system upgrades and scheduled maintenance, which may include after-hours support.

Candidate Requirements

• Nationality: UAE National (Emirati) – Mandatory.

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Professional certifications such as Microsoft (MCP, MCSA), Cisco (CCNA), or ITIL are an advantage.

• Experience:

  • 0–3 years in an IT role (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Willingness to support occasional after-hours maintenance work.

Working Conditions

• Flexibility required for emergency or scheduled system maintenance outside of normal hours.
