At ALEC’s Joinery Factory, every millimetre matters—and so does every document. As our Document Controller, you’ll ensure that the blueprints, specs, and quality records behind UAE’s most iconic interiors (think: Burj Khalifa penthouses, 5* hotel lobbies) are flawlessly organized.

Your Mission:

📄 Master of Documentation:

Track revisions like a detective (version 5.2 vs. 5.3? You’ll know).
Archive files so efficiently, teams find drawings in seconds.

🔄 Process Champion:

Streamline workflows between factory floor, QA/QC, and architects.
Flag missing approvals before they delay production.

🔒 Guardian of Compliance:

Maintain ISO 9001-ready records for audits.
Keep confidential client designs under digital lock and key.

💡 Problem-Solver:

Spot inconsistencies in submissions and chase corrections.
Train teams on “why document control saves lives” (or at least deadlines).

Who You Are:

✔ 2+ Years in Document Control (construction/joinery/factory ideal).
✔ Tech-Savvy: MS Office + doc control systems (Aconex/Asite? Bonus!).
✔ Detail-Obsessed: You’d notice a typo in a 100-page spec.
✔ Communicator: Explain filing protocols to engineers and craftsmen.

Nice-to-Have:

Knowledge of joinery/architectural drawings
ISO 9001 or HSE documentation experience
