Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Carton/Packaging Sales Executive to join our team in Umm Al Quwain. This full-time, on-site position involves managing day-to-day sales activities, identifying new business opportunities, presenting our packaging solutions to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients within the packaging and related industries.

• Present and promote our corrugated carton and packaging products to meet customer needs.

• Negotiate sales contracts and close deals effectively.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and service quality.

• Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to support product development.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 1 to 3+ years of sales experience in the carton/packaging industry or related sectors.

• Solid knowledge of corrugated box types (F-Flute, B-Flute, 3-ply, 5-ply, die-cut).

• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• UAE driving license with willingness to travel across the region for client visits.

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage.

• Must be currently based in the UAE.
