🔑 Your Key Responsibilities

✔ Operational Excellence

• Supervise check-in, boarding, and flight handling to ensure on-time departures

• Oversee ramp operations, including safety, security, and service compliance

• Manage real-time coordination with ground handlers, catering, fuel teams, and crew

✔ Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor airport staff, ensuring efficient shift management

• Optimize manpower allocation for peak performance

✔ Customer Experience

• Resolve passenger concerns on the spot with professionalism

• Uphold 5-star service standards at every touchpoint

✔ Compliance & Safety

• Ensure adherence to IATA, DGCA, and airline safety regulations

• Conduct operational audits to maintain service quality

✅ We’re Looking For

✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
✔ Experience:

• 4+ years in airline/ground handling (supervisory level)

• Expertise in weight & balance, ramp ops, and dangerous goods
  ✔ Skills:

• Fluent English (Arabic a plus)

• Crisis management in fast-paced environments

• Tech-savvy (Amadeus, SITA, or other airport systems)
  ✔ Personality:

• Decisive leader with strong problem-solving skills

• Customer-obsessed and detail-oriented
