The Admissions Coordinator will be a crucial team member responsible for managing the admissions process, driving student enrollment, and supporting overall growth strategies. Serve as the primary contact for prospective students and families, promptly responding to inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
Guide applicants through every stage of the admissions process, from initial inquiry, documentation collection, to final enrollment confirmation.
Organize and coordinate campus tours, interviews, and information sessions to provide a comprehensive overview of Dautom’s academic offerings and campus facilities.
Ensure all application materials are accurate, complete, and submitted within specified deadlines.
Collaborate with internal departments such as Academic Affairs, Finance, and Marketing to streamline admissions workflows.
Proactively engage prospective students through outbound communications including calls, emails, and personalized outreach campaigns to nurture leads and boost application conversions.
Conduct follow-ups and maintain regular contact to sustain interest and encourage timely enrollment decisions.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Dautom’s unique programs, scholarships, extracurricular activities, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate the institution’s value proposition.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Participate in strategic marketing initiatives, admissions fairs, and recruitment events to expand the applicant pool.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective students, parents, educational consultants, and community partners to foster trust and brand loyalty.
Represent Dautom at external events such as school fairs, open houses, and educational exhibitions to raise the institution’s profile in Dubai and the wider UAE.
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to support campaigns targeting potential students.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all admissions communications, inquiries, and application statuses using the CRM system.
Monitor enrollment trends, generate admissions reports, and provide regular insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
Assist with forecasting enrollment numbers and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in student recruitment, admissions coordination, sales, or customer service roles, ideally within education or training institutions in the UAE.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences including students and parents.
Proven track record of working toward sales targets, KPIs, and conversion goals in a competitive environment.
High organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and time management capabilities.
Comfortable working flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, to attend recruitment events or open houses.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
