✔ Office Support
Manage couriers, filing, photocopying, and other daily administrative tasks
Maintain staff directories and emergency contact lists
Assist with meeting setups and event coordination
✔ Coordination & Communication
Serve as the first point of contact for internal/external inquiries
Report to the Administration Manager on calls and visitor requests
Build professional relationships with staff and vendors
✔ Operational Assistance
Support document management (typing, faxing, data entry)
Help organize workshops and corporate events
✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma (any field)
✔ Experience: 0-2 years (fresh graduates welcome!)
✔ Skills:
Strong organizational abilities
Excellent communication (English required)
Tech-savvy (MS Office, basic office equipment)
